Vega Physical Training is dedicated to providing military-style physical training to civilians of all fitness levels. Bringing you a fitness experience like no other and not only developing physical strength but also the mental toughness to help you over come the obstacles that come across your daily life.

We understand that everyone is different and therefore bring you a variety of training to meet your fitness needs. Once you decide to go from "I can't" to "I can, and I will!" you are ready to start! Choose a training plan that works for you. After all, it's Military Fitness for you!

Military personnel are required to be physically fit for mission success. It's no mystery how military men and women get in great shape. In combat it is of great significance to be physically and mentally tough. The question has been answered, of course it works! It has worked for many years and it will continue to work! Being able to run that extra mile can mean the difference between life and death for the soldier but you don't have to worry about dodging bullets and taking cover from explosives! Vega PT brings you the same training conducted by members of the US Army modified for civilians without all the danger and having to enlist.

I am pleased to announce my arrival to the Milwaukee area. I recently relocated to the midwest from Los Angeles, California. I bring many years of experience in physical fitness training along with a new type of military-style training just for you!
Military training has played a significant role in our armed forces for many years and is a major contributor to mission success. While the Navy and the Army may have different PT plans the concept is the same. As recruits and service members we work towards the same goals; weight loss, stamina, strength, health, performance, and mental toughness. All of those fitness goals combined make us a better and more productive individual and a valuable member of a team.
I strongly believe that having the proper mindset is critical for a successful outcome. Taking that first step is important to getting where you want to be in life. It's a part of our daily lives and without thinking about it we do it anyway. That first step can be something like getting ready for work or taking the kids to school in the morning. With that being said, we take many first steps in our lives. It took many years for me to take that first step into the fitness world. In fact, when I was a kid I was not into sports, I didn't care about my physical appearance, and I was unaware of the importance of my health. I played a lot of video-games and was very lazy. Time flies when you do nothing about your health and before you know it you're an adult. Those bad lifestyle habits will catch up eventually.
But there's good news! It's not too late! With some motivation and dedication you can change you life. At this time I would like to take moment to congratulate for taking the first step in reaching your fitness goals. By coming on to my page you are showing an interest in becoming a better you. Whether you decide to train with me or someone else being here shows that you have the potential and seek change.
